How do I register on to the system?
There are two ways you can complete the Strengthscope® assessment:
1. If you have been sent through a Project ID, then follow the necessary steps to begin your Strengthscope® journey:
- Click on Register
- Input the Project ID you have been provided and fill in demographic questions.
- Complete Strengthscope®
2. If you have received an automated email from firstname.lastname@example.org, then you will not need to input the Project ID but just sign in using the details provided in the email. You will be required to fill out some background details.
What is the process for signing back into the system?
Once you have registered, you can sign back into the system entering the email address and password you registered with.
How can I reset my password?
On the Sign In page there is a ‘Forgotten Password’ option. Once selected, you simply enter the email address you registered with and will be sent an email with a temporary password to log back into the system. You should then change your password to a different, more memorable one.
I want to ask my colleagues for feedback on my performance at work. Will they need to register as well?
A rater does not need to register and create a password to provide feedback to individuals. The rater simply receives an invitation email containing a unique feedback link that takes them directly to their feedback page. Once feedback is complete and submitted, the responses cannot be changed.
On what devices can I complete my assessment and how easily accessible is it?
The user can complete the assessments and view all parts of the system on desktops and mobile devices, including Apple and Android devices.
The Strengthscope® site is compatible with best-in-class, global standards on accessibility and is therefore accessible to users with a range of disabilities.

Is the tool available as an app?
Strengthscope® is not available as an app but is hosted on a mobile website. Apps are actual applications that are downloaded and installed on your mobile device, rather than being rendered within a browser. The Strengthscope® tools can be completed on a mobile website accessed on a handheld device such as smartphones (e.g. iPhone, Android and Blackberry) and tablets as well as a desktop and laptop.
